Family Support Caregivers provide a range of services and supports delivered in the home or in the community that promotes the independence, health and well-being, self-determination, and community inclusion of a person who has significant, long-term physical, cognitive, sensory, and/or behavioral health needs.
Caregiver jobs in Family Support can include supporting individuals who need constant care and supervision to continue living in their homes and communities of choice as well as provide support for families through respite care. Family Support Caregivers support Individuals who require the services of In Home Care due to disability, mental illness, medically needy, and/or multiple chronic conditions.
Training and Certification
We provide training and Support for eligible providers who need to receive their Home Care Aide Certification and Continued training every year.

Caregivers assist clients in the client’s home and community. Caregiver job tasks will be different for each client, as job duties are assigned in accordance with the client’s individual care plan. Job Requirements
Experience working with children or adults is needed for this position. Training is available as needed for each applicant. To work with CSSOW, you must also be 18 years old and have a clean criminal background.
